Turnaround times are displayed in the Product Calculator when you build your order. They are calculated based on the following information and should give a fairly accurate turnaround time. Turnaround times, however, are not guaranteed.

• Turnaround times do not start until after any proofs are approved!
• Shipping or delivery times are not included in any turnaround times.
• Custom Orders and Estimates are not necessarily based on these calculations.

• Turnaround times vary greatly depending on Stock and Finishes - Be sure to check the Calculator!
• Any product ordered after the 'Cutoff' Time will add 1 day to the turnaround time.
• Any Folding, Numbering, Padding, Perforation or similar finishing will each add about 1 day to the turnaround time. So if you have Numbering and Padding, that will add 2 days to the turnaround time.

Any Proofing options will remove the Turnaround time from the Calculator since it will depend on when the proofs are approved. To get an idea of the turnaround expected after the approval, temporarily disable the proof to see the regular Turnaround time. Just be sure to turn on the desired proofing before saving the job to the Shopping Cart.

• An email/online Proof will typically add about 1 day to the turnaround time.
• A Printed Proof can add around 3 days to the turnaround time.

We already try to print your orders as fast as we can. But we do offer RUSH and Next Day printing options for certain products as listed below.

• If you ask for RUSH printing, that will subtract 1 day from the turnaround time.
• If you ask for Next Day the order will ship the Next Business Day if it is placed before the cutoff time.
